The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. **Salary Range** $157,000.00 - $259,200.00 **Target Openings** 1 **What Is the Opportunity?** The Assistant Vice President of Strategic Practices is a pivotal leadership role within the BI Technology organization that drives strategic alignment, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. This dynamic position serves as a key connector between executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that advance the organization's vision and goals. **What Will You Do?** + Forge and nurture strong partnerships with the BI Technology CIO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive strategic priorities + Interact with senior business and IT leadership to create strategic technology operational plans + Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with BI SP&E, Communications, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, and Enterprise Chapters + Align Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) with portfolio strategic initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution across the organization + Lead coordination of complex initiatives that span multiple teams and domains + Design and implement comprehensive Strategic Scorecards for the CIO and Senior Leadership Team + Develop executive-level dashboards and metrics that provide actionable insights for decision-making + Partner with BI Tech leaders to craft compelling data-driven presentations that tell the organization's strategic story + Deliver sophisticated reporting for Monthly Operating Reviews that highlight progress, challenges, and opportunities + Develop polished, impactful executive communications that articulate the organization's vision and priorities + Curate and coordinate materials for high-stakes executive meetings and presentations + Facilitate engaging and productive BI Tech Executive Leadership Team (ELT) sessions + Design and implement a comprehensive BI Tech Communication Strategy that ensures transparent, consistent messaging across all levels + Architect and implement innovative practices that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness + Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through operating reviews, planning increment immersions, and strategic communications + Optimize processes that drive measurable business outcomes and organizational agility + Oversee logistics for strategic events, including conferences, executive travel, and workspace planning + Partner with HR and Strategic Sourcing to develop and execute a forward-looking Workforce Strategy + Lead the Executive Development Program (EDP) to cultivate high-potential talent + Build strong alignment with Strategic Planning & Execution (SP&E) to ensure talent strategies support business objectives + Direct team to accomplish business, corporate and departmental goals and objectives + Apply knowledge of industry trends to strategically position the business + Manage team direction and day-to-day work of direct reports + Provide consistent performance feedback/coaching and complete formal performance reviews + Perform other duties as assigned **What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?** + Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. + 10 years of technology or business related experience preferred. + 5 years of experience managing others preferred. + Demonstrated success as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership. + Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic initiative reporting at enterprise scale. + Experience leading others, including both individual contributors and managers who lead their own teams. + **Technical Knowledge:** + Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of organizational concepts and motivational methods. + Has an intuition and a broad in-depth knowledge regarding the capabilities and direction of technology. + Understands the corporate and departmental business objectives, and can relate them on a strategic, tactical and operational level to design technology solutions that provide a clear competitive business advantage. + Advanced proficiency in data visualization, presentation tools, and analytics platforms. + Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills, including complex data modeling and analysis. + Experience developing meaningful metrics and executive dashboards that drive decision-making. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering performance measurement. + Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets. + **Business Knowledge & Partnership:** + Provides direction and effectively leads by example to ensure that all services are meeting the stated business objectives on a timely basis with excellent
