Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for an Assistant Treasurer to join the corporate Finance and Accounting Team in our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) headquarters. This is a key role working directly with senior leaders in the firm.
Responsibilities Partner with the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer to:Manage the firm's financial resources, including treasury operations, cash flow, and investments. This includes managing banking relationships, maximizing the firm’s strong financial position, and making short and long-term investment decisions.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm’s long-term goals, both domestically and internationally.Lead a team to perform cash forecasting and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Partner with Staff Accounting to manage bank accounts, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate financial records.Manage the firm’s line of credit and ensure compliance with covenants.Manage the firm’s ownership and ownership transition process including share offers, purchases, redemptions, and promissory notes to retired shareholders.Partner with the Benefits Team to oversee a 401(k) plan with over $2 billion in assets.Manage the investments of the Kimley-Horn FoundationOversee Kimley-Horn’s Tax Department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree requiredMBA or advanced degree in finance or economics strongly preferred12 or more years of corporate treasury experience with a large companyTax experience preferredExperience managing a large defined contribution retirement plan strongly preferredInternational financial management experience a plus Why Kimley-Horn?
