Overview This role will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies for our largest and most profitable business indirect trade channels and Perfect Store program. This role involves collaborating closely with divisions, and GTM team to enhance product availability, visibility, and promotion, ultimately driving increased sales and market share. And lead perfect store project to drive store velocity which is one the biggest investment. Responsibilities •Strategy Development: -Develop and implement a trade marketing plan for indirect trade channels, including traditional retail outlets. -Formulate the Perfect Store strategy, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. -Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, influencing product mix and promotional strategies accordingly. •Sales & Distribution Optimization: -Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product distribution within the indirect trade channel, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability. -Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors, negotiating terms and conditions to maximize sales and profitability. -Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. •In-Store Execution: -Lead the implementation of the Perfect Store program, ensuring that selected stores meet brand standards in terms of merchandising, display, and promotion. -Develop and execute in-store promotional activities, including point-of-sale (POS) material, displays, and special promotions. -Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to retailers for continuous improvement. •Brand Management: -Ensure brand consistency across all indirect trade channels, enhancing brand equity and customer loyalty. -Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions to support brand growth. -Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful visual merchandising solutions and promotional materials. •Team Leadership & Collaboration: -Lead and motivate a team of trade marketing specialists, providing training and development opportunities. -Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve business goals. -Manage external agencies and vendors involved in trade marketing activities. •Performance Measurement: -Establish and track KPIs for trade marketing activities, including sales volume, market share, store compliance, and promotional effectiveness. -Analyze sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. -Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree or above -Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing or trade marketing or KA sales in multi-national company, experience in food and beverage industry is preferred -Strong analytical, strategic and logical thinking skills Differentiating Competencies Required -Strong self-motivation -Ownership, agility, fast learning, fast iteration
