Assistant to Asset Manager, Real Estate - Lakeland
The purpose of this position is to provide analytical, clerical, and other administrative support to the Asset Managers and Asset Specialists by performing duties which include, answering telephones, typing, filing, compiling and generating written communications, creating, maintaining, and updating reports and presentations, performing detailed research, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and preparing appropriate agendas, assembling meeting distribution items, tracking assignment and rent relief requests, compiling/assembling documents for review and preparing documents for signature submittal, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities included:providing administrative and clerical support/assistance to the Asset Managers and Asset Specialistscreating, maintaining, and updating multiple reports and conducting the appropriate research and follow-up to ensure accuracyserving as the liaison between the Asset Managers, Asset Specialists, Facilities, Business Analysis & Reporting Team, Sellers, Brokers, Landlords, Attorneys, and others working on current, pending, and future projects
