\n\nWorking Hours:
\n· 24 hours shift
\n· Shift duty (including Monday to Sunday and Public Holiday)
\n· 5 to 6 work days per week (average one long week per month); average 42 work hours per week
\n\nReporting to Operations Manager, Facilities Management, the jobholder will work with a team of Technicians on the inspection, repair and maintenance of facilities in our company properties including both office and operation areas.
\n\nResponsibilities
\n\n\nAs a leader role, work with Technicians on building and technical facilities maintenance including but not limited to MEP, FS, HVAC systems and related building works
\n\n\nEnsure service delivery according to set targets and plans
\n\n\nLead regular inspections of facilities and plan for preventive maintenance schedules
\n\n\nSupport in building alternation/ modification projects
\n\n\nProvide technical solutions on projects and tasks
\n\n\nSupport in maintaining facilities services records, database and documentation
\n\n\nPlan Technicians’ working rosters
\n\n\nEnsure all work and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations as well as internal policies
\n\n\n\nRequirements
\n\n\n\t\n\tDiploma of above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management or related disciplines
\n\t\n\t\n\tApproved Electrical Licence (Grade A) or equivalent
\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\tAt least 8 years relevant experience in facility management/ building services maintenance/ building construction
\n\t\n\t\n\tSolid knowledge on operation and installation of electrical equipment and measurement devices
\n\t\n\t\n\tSolid knowledge on methods and procedures of performing evaluations on all electrical apparatus using ammeters, temperature gauge, etc.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAble to work independently with good problem solving skills
\n\t\n\t\n\tGood command of spoken and written Chinese and English
\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\tGood PC skills, especially MS Word & Excel
