Now Hiring: Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll play a pivotal role in our construction operations, ensuring our luxury apartment communities are built to the highest standards. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to ensure timely project completionManage all framing-related work and oversee framing punch listsManage and coordinate all aspects of structural concrete from PT Slab on Grade to elevated podium concreteCoordinate and schedule all material deliveries, from lumber packages to trussesLead weekly meetings for lumber orders and ensure seamless procurement processesEnsure delivery tickets are properly stamped, coded, and processedWork closely with other assistant superintendents to oversee siding, flashing, and waterproofing installationsManage fur downs required for HVAC or decorative installationsEnsure subcontractors maintain daily job-site cleanlinessProvide weekly updates on framing progress

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction management (preferred)High School Diploma or GED requiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related softwareExperience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus
