Facilities & Maintenance - Assistant Superintendent Needed ASAP. Pay: $52/hr. APPLY TODAY!

Job Description:

Assist the Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising facilities maintenance activities on-site.Supervise maintenance team of 35 employeesInspect, test, and maintain all aspects of facilities maintenance work including HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm safety workEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Superintendent and project team.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.Support the Superintendent in managing project budgets and controlling costs.Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years related experience required.Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $52.00/hr.
