Assistant Store Manager
This position is responsible for assisting the store manager in the daily operation of a Base Service Store located on Warren AFB. Assist in the supervision of staff & scheduling appropriate coverage of staff during store hours. Ensure that staff provides exceptional customer support & effective and efficient retail operations & sound business practices.

Current driver's license & driving record in good standingAbility to successfully complete require DOT driver's certification & successfully complete DOT physical & drug screenHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework in business is preferredMinimum of two years of retail experience and/or training and demonstrated managerial skills required; merchandising & marketing experience preferredAbility to project a professional image to the publicMust possess organizational & mathematical skillsPossess good interpersonal & communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
