In this exciting role, you will partner with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate a team of Sales Consultants, deliver outstanding and authentic customer service and drive store performance. This opportunity is perfect for a career retailer looking to progress their career and skillset in a management capacity. 

 

What you can expect:

\nDelivering genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values \nSupport the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving overall store and individual performance.\nIdentifying ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention\nManagement and completion of daily and weekly operational tasks and activities\nActing as a brand ambassador and leading by example to the team\nEnsure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained \nOversee stock management processes to ensure optimal stock levels \n

 

Your profile:

\nDemonstrated experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within a retail environment \nDemonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results\nEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situation\nFamiliarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing success\nA genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertise\nKnowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivity\n
