HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a passionate and talented full time Assistant Store Manager to join us at our Chermside location.

Reporting to the Store Manager at our Chermside location, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager accross all aspects of store operations, customer service, clienteling and coaching and motivating team members.

\n

 

 

 

What you can expect:

\n\nManagement and completion of daily and weekly operational tasks and activities\nDriving sales performance – both individual and store\nDelivering genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values and expectations\nIdentifying ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention\nActing as a brand ambassador and leading by example\nEnsuring store visual merchandising standards represent the brand and optimise sales\nManaging stock to ensure sales are optimised \n

 

 

Your profile:

\n\nDemonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit result\nFamiliarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing success\nA genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertise\nEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situation\nLeadership and people management experience is desirable \nKnowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivity\nUnderstanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management level\n
