As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible in supporting the Store Manager for the overall performance of an individual store, with a primary focus on delivering great customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations. By prioritising both direct interactions and behind-the-scenes support, you'll cultivate an environment where every customer feels valued and every aspect of the store contributes to its success, ultimately maximising profits.
