**Description:** Summary WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Spa Manager We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Spa Manager to support the management and daily operations of our luxury spa. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving spa revenue, maintaining brand and wellness standards, and leading the spa team to deliver professional, personalized service within a luxury resort environment. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Spa or Wellness operations, with supervisory or assistant managerial experience in a luxury hotel or resort. + Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Wellness, or a related field. + Strong knowledge of spa operations, guest service standards, and luxury wellness concepts. + Proven ability in revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and retail sales optimization. + Experience in team supervision, training, scheduling, and performance management. + Excellent guest relations and communication skills with a strong service mindset. + Sound understanding of spa hygiene, health & safety, and brand standards. + Proficiency in POS systems, spa software, and MS Office. + Ability to work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Housekeeping teams. + Flexible, hands-on, and capable of acting as Manager on Duty when required, maintaining high professional and grooming standards. **Primary Location:** MV-North Huvadhoo Atoll-Hadahaa **Organization:** Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** HAD000409 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
