Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at our luxurious spa resort in Ko Pha-ngan, Thailand. As an Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall management of our wellness center.

Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations and staff managementProvide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptlySchedule and coordinate spa treatments, ensuring efficient use of resources and staff timeTrain and mentor spa staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalismManage inventory of spa products and equipment, placing orders as neededAssist in developing and implementing new spa treatments and wellness programsMonitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa facilitiesCollaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiencesSupport the Spa Manager in financial management, including budgeting and revenue trackingHandle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and report generationStay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices into spa operations

QualificationsProven experience (2-3 years minimum) in spa management or a related fieldStrong leadership and management skills with a collaborative and supportive approachExcellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for guest satisfactionProficiency in spa management software and scheduling systemsSolid understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness industry trendsFinancial management and budgeting skillsInventory management experienceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Spa management certification (preferred)Fluency in English and ThaiExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to be on feet for extended periodsEmpathetic and supportive attitude towards both guests and staffAdaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
