Key responsibilities include: + **Operational Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the spa team (therapists, aestheticians, receptionists), managing scheduling, reservations, and ensuring five-star standards of facility cleanliness and functionality. + **Guest Experience:** Ensure the consistent delivery of **exceptional, personalized guest service** . Proactively interact with guests to obtain feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable experience. + **Team Development:** Lead, train, and motivate the team, providing coaching and support. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating staff performance. + **Financial & Retail:** Support budget management, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue through **strategic retail sales** and membership programs.
