Salaries at the University of Nebraska at Kearney are competitive. The University provides a flexible benefits program at minimal cost to the employee. Assist Head Softball Coach with all aspects of the program including but not limited to: team travel, recruitment of perspective student athletes, advising and monitoring eligibility and academic progress of student athletes, participation in fundraising activities, communicate and teach the fundamentals and philosophies of the game, assist in the development, planning and execution of practice, game planning and scouting. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management in related field. 4 years of playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level in the sports of Softball or Baseball.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Sports Management or related field. 1-5 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level in the Sports of Softball or Baseball.
