•Assist in the direction, organization, administration, and management of all aspects of a Division I Softball Program. •Assist in the direction, organization, administration, and management of all aspects of a Division I Softball Program; •Day-to-day coaching and individual skill instruction; •Recruiting quality NCAA Division, I student-athletes; •Developing a culture of NCAA Division I compliance among staff and student-athletes; •Monitoring student-athlete academic success; •Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes and staff; •Enhance the overall image of the university and its Softball program •Assist head coach in all aspects of the softball programTwo years of competitive collegiate coaching or playing experience, or equivalent A commitment to responsibly adhering to all policies, rules, and regulations of Marshall University, Sun Belt Conference, and the NCAA
