•Assist in the direction, organization, administration, and management of all aspects of a Division I Softball Program. •Assist in the direction, organization, administration, and management of all aspects of a Division I Softball Program; •Day-to-day coaching and individual skill instruction; •Recruiting quality NCAA Division, I student-athletes; •Developing a culture of NCAA Division I compliance among staff and student-athletes; •Monitoring student-athlete academic success; •Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes and staff; •Enhance the overall image of the university and its Softball program •Assist head coach in all aspects of the softball program
