Title: IMC & Social Manager
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement integrated social media strategies and planning framework that effectively communicates the brand’s strategy and value proposition.
+ Lead the planning and execution of owned media channels (e.g., Wechat Video Channels, Weibo, Little Red Book, etc) to produce high-quality, impactful content—driving social buzz, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
+ Monitor emerging trends on social platforms and optimize content in real time to maximize exposure and engagement.
+ Oversee brand visual presentation across the official website, WeChat Mini Program, and owned social platforms to ensure seamless and consistent consumer experience across all brand touchpoints.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (RBU, Commercial, PR, etc.) to build a systematic content asset library, brand asset guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Maintain strong market sensitivity and proactively uncover consumer insights. Identify new digital and social opportunities—including potential target audience expansion, occasion-based marketing, and competitor trends—to drive meaningful innovation in consumer activation through collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g. key accounts, digital channels, KOLs, and communities).

You will report to Philips Media and Social leader, collaborating with many other teams including RBU, CRM, PR, Media, EC, Offline, Insights team etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or social marketing;
+ IMC experience is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience in managing brand-owned social media account matrices within the
+ last 5 years, with demonstrated success cases
+ Strong understanding of consumer insights, social media landscape, and business acumen
+ Very familiar with the audience preferences and engagement tactics of major social
+ platforms, as well as contemporary youth culture and trending topics.
+ Brand experience is required; agency experience in social media management or personal
+ experience in building social media accounts is a plus.
+ Proven ability to manage challenging situations, collaborate effectively across functions,
+ and demonstrate strong ownership, agility, creativity, and passion.
+ Ability to work independently, manage projects with maturity, and exert strong
+ influencing skills.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making
+ capabilities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
