The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects, assisting with daily scheduling, and ensuring efficient operations by facilitating staff access to necessary materials and equipment for their worksites each morning. Additionally, this role involves procuring materials necessary for jobs and conducting site visits as required.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage projects effectively.Assist with the daily scheduling of tasks.Facilitate the collection and distribution of materials and equipment to staff for their worksites each morning.Procure necessary materials for job completion.Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project progress.Essential SkillsProficiency in general management and customer service.Administrative and project coordination abilities.Experience with the MS Suite.Good working electrical knowledge, ideally gained from experience in the electrical field.General computer and email skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Work EnvironmentThe position operates Monday through Friday, from 5am to 1:30pm. The work environment requires a proactive approach to managing and coordinating tasks and materials, ensuring that all resources are efficiently distributed to enable project success.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
