Delaware North Gaming is searching for an Assistant Security Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As Assistant Security Manager, you will be working to direct and oversee security operations as defined by leadership, supervising collaborative team members through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance development. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 - $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Training of team members, assigning department schedules, assuring all post positions are filled according to company needs, overseeing the time keeping system, ensuring team members punch in and out promptly, accurately documenting staff attendance, late arrivals, and overtimeRecover, tag, log, secure, and inventory lost and found items, attempting to locate the owner, and keep an accurate and up-to-date log of warnings issuedInvestigate incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and medical situationsKeep an updated log of counterfeit currency recovered and controlled substances found on the property, as well as reporting procedural violations and illegal activityWill be required to occassionally drive a company vehicleComply with confidentiality regulations regarding all security and administrative information
