Job Duties:
Account Management responsibilities for expanding our IT Staffing/IT Professional Services footprint. Ability to Occasionally Travel Nationwide To Meet With Companies As Required Manage Company relationships with stakeholders at one or more lines of business in a large account or with stakeholders at a mid-size account with a clear focus on creating a top-notch Company experience. Customize industry-prevalent engagement models to suit Company requirements and delivers engagements on a multi-year roadmap primarily focusing on IT staff augmentation Perform consultative sales process with senior Company management. Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure. Work with companies for candidate reverse referrals and HI B candidates in converting them to our employees. Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goalsEducation: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
