Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our spa team. In this role, you will support the Manager in driving sales performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, a strong sales track record using scripts and overcoming objections, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. This position is perfect for individuals who have a strong work ethic, competitive nature, and a desire to potentially grow into a management position. The position has a base hourly rate plus several bonus opportunities, with an emphasis on membership sales.
Duties
Assist the Manager in managing daily operations and achieving sales targets.Lead, coach and develop the sales techniques of Sales Associates to drive performance.Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.Requirements
