Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive business growth in the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and HVAC sectors.

The role involves B2B solution selling, handling institutional clients, building long-term relationships, and offering technical sales solutions aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies for existing and new clients

Expand business across Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and HVAC segments

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new market entry

Provide customized solutions based on client and industry needs

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews

3. Customer Retention & Re-engagement

Identify inactive or lost customers and plan re-engagement strategies

Design personalized approaches to regain business and trust

4. Solution Selling & Technical Support

Provide technical consultation on industrial systems, air filtration, and cleanroom solutions

Understand client challenges and propose effective, compliant solutions

Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards such as cGMP, ISO, FDA, OSHA, etc.

5. Market Research & Business Development

Track market trends, regulations, and competitor activities

Identify new business opportunities and strategic accounts

Stay updated on technology advancements in engineering and filtration systems

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline

Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports for management

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with engineering, product, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams

Ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

BE / BTech – Mechanical (MBA preferred)

Experience:

5–7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales

Exposure to Automotive, Pharmaceutical, or HVAC sectors

2–3 years’ experience in engineering / air filtration solutions preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and compliance standards

Proven record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable with travel for client visits and site inspections

Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools

Strong industry network (added advantage)
