​Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience as an Assistant Sales Manager REQUIRED

Exceptional focus on customer service REQUIRED

Ability to drive the sales team to High Performance ever day through leadership REQUIRED

Strong Training & Motivational Skills REQUIRED

Nissan/Import brand experience HIGHLY PREFERRED

Focused on OEM approvability

Excellent ability to build a culture and hit goals that are set
