About The Team

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Engineer for our Off Highway Product Line, material handling and special driveline business, at our location of Shanghai. 

What you can look forward as an Assistant Sales Engineer? Data Support & Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze sales data; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to support business decision-making. Identify market trends through data analysis and assist in optimizing sales strategies.    Customer Relationship Management: Assist sales representatives in tracking customer needs, documenting negotiation details, and maintaining customer records. Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and handle complaints.   Sales Process Support: Organize sales contracts, orders, and marketing documents to ensure proper filing. Assist in drafting proposals, business documents, and participate in contract negotiations.   Market Research & Information Gathering: Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and industry updates for the sales team's reference.   Administrative & Coordination Tasks: Schedule sales meetings, receive clients, and facilitate cross-departmental communication. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Your profile as an Assistant Sales Engineer: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Entry-level sales experiences are acceptable, but 1-3 years of sales assistant experience in off off-highway sector with OE business experience is preferred.   Skills Required: Office Software: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, ERP or data analysis tools Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English, with a customer-oriented mindset and negotiation abilities. Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
