The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Revenue Management in a similar role and has an analytical mindset. This is a great opportunity for those who are ready to grow in their revenue management career.

This is an on-site role, 5 days/week, Monday-Friday.

Pay Rate: $26.59 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As the Assistant Revenue Management, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nManaging and maintaining group and transient inventory controls including, but not limited to, room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, displacement analysis, tentative and definite group bookings analysis, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information, managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office and ensuring FMS and GL are balanced\nProvide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors including, but not limited to, running multiple reports, trend analysis and making recommendations\nPrepare all forecasts and annual budgeting\nReview all competitive shops, identify selling strategies and market trends, review demand, convention and city event calendars, maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data\nParticipate in and facilitate meetings\n
