**Description:**
Strategic and operational Assistant Revenue Manager supporting the commercial performance of Alila Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur in alignment with Hyatt’s purpose‑driven and guest‑centric brand standards. Actively executes daily pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategies while contributing to forward‑looking revenue planning that balances rate integrity, demand optimization, and brand positioning. Leverages market intelligence, booking pace analysis, and competitive benchmarking to drive sustainable growth in occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Collaborates cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless commercial execution and a consistent guest experience. Demonstrates strong analytical capability, discipline in reporting, and a commitment to Hyatt’s values of care, collaboration, and long‑term value creation.
**Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field
+ 2–4 years’ experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel commercial operations
+ Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, inventory, and distribution strategies
+ Experience with RMS, PMS, channel management systems, and Excel
+ Ability to analyze market trends, booking pace, and competitor performance
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills across hotel departments
+ Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
