Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Global Technical Center – Cadillac Tower, in Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
Relocation: This is not eligible for relocation. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

The Role:
As part of the Cadillac Sales Operations organization, the Assistant Manager- Retail Marketing will oversee our extensive network of dealership websites & help support the various Retail Marketing initiatives across .com and Cadillac dealer websites. In conjunction with the Retail Marketing Team, Dealer Website Choice team and our agency partners, this role will provide regular updates and executions across vehicle launches, reveals, yearly product refreshes and others. The role will focus on improving site performance and ensuring an industry leading luxury research, shopping, and brand experience. The role will also support the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure Dealer Compliance across all dealer advertising channels.
This position requires a strong digital marketing background with digital product management experience working on consumer facing websites and Digital Advertising experience. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and automotive retail marketing are also key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the center of expertise for Cadillac’s dealership websites.
Manage agency teams in the ongoing optimization of dealer websites.
Develop an insight driven digital strategy to increase conversions and drive sales growth.
Ensure meaningful user experiences (UX) are rolled out nationally and are continually improved.
Define features and site functionality that enhance the site experience and increase effectiveness, work closely with the Dealer Website Choice team to include features in the future roadmap.
Conduct user research with dealers and customers to inform strategy, site enhancements, and overall direction.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape to ensure industry leading position.
Ensure sites stay within brand guidelines and manage governance process when they do not.
Manage detail intensive retail campaign(s) rollout across dealer sites & Cadillac.com, monthly.
Project manage the day-to-day processes and timelines with all internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Work with Dealer Website Choice team on reporting requirements, drive actionable change & socialize with regional teams to activate.
Keep the Digital, regional, and field teams updated of new features or any known issues for dealer websites.
Collaborate closely with multiple partners across Cadillac and General Motors to influence and drive progress.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years digital marketing or digital product management experience working on consumer facing websites
Knowledge of the user experience (UX) design process and website design
Understanding of content management systems and ability to be creative within their limitations
Experience with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into site improvements
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to digest site metrics and turn into recommended actions
Confident communication skills with the ability to present to large teams and dealer groups
Extensive experience managing multiple agency partners and collaborating closely with them to bring strategies to life
Effective collaboration with cross functional teams across a large organization
Demonstrated understanding of digital creative, digital media, and measurement tools
Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently
Passion for the digital space and UX with strong knowledge of digital trends and ability to innovate
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
A strong background in user experience (UX) design
Extensive experience managing consumer facing websites
Experience working with technology teams and developers to bring ideas to life
Automotive retail and luxury brand experience preferred
