An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination between front and back-of-house, and consistent delivery of Hilton quality standards. This role focuses solely on one restaurant outlet and plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s service and operations by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily service and maintaining Hilton brand standards at all timesManage the flow of guests and ensure seamless communication between service staff and the kitchenGuide the team to maximize sales opportunities, including upselling and promoting menu highlightsEnsure team members consistently deliver excellent customer serviceHandle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented mannerOversee accurate billing and transaction processes during serviceAssist with scheduling, training, stock control, and monitoring wastage to support efficient operation
