Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, team member performance, and operational efficiency. The role helps manage the front-of-house F&B service team, coordinates with kitchen team, handles guest concerns, and ensures compliance with service standards, hygiene regulations, and financial targets.

QualificationsDiploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field 2–4 years of restaurant or hospitality supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of service procedures, restaurant operations, and POS systemsExperience in customer service and team leadership
