Job Description Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Mirror Room to join our team in the Mirror Room at Rosewood London. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is entrusted to run and oversee the day-to-day operations all front of house areas and associates in a refined, all-day dining restaurant environment.
Key expectations of this roleActively engage with guests and associates to meet and exceed their needs.Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels and people development to strengthen the company culture.Assist in managing cost and revenue in all areas of the restaurant without impact on brand, or quality standards.Showing a sound understanding of the London restaurant and hotel market to retain and increase the restaurant’s competitive advantage through continuous proactive strategic and operational planning. Managing the team through regular one-to-one meetings, departmental meetings, and job chats
ProfileExperience at the supervisory level within an upscale and refined restaurant environment. A sound understanding of leading and developing people effectively.The ability to build good relationships with the front of house and culinary team.Possessing a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
