He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance. Ridgeis located in the center of Carmel in walking distance to town. The nine men that live atRidgeenjoy occasionally walking to town for events and to visit local restaurants. A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred. Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.
