The Assistant Reservations Manager plays a key leadership role within the Reservations and Revenue function, ensuring seamless reservation operations, exceptional guest service, and effective coordination with Sales, Front Office, and Operational teams. This position supports the Reservations Manager in maximizing room revenue, optimizing inventory, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring an elevated guest experience aligned with Alila’s hallmark of personalized, intuitive hospitality.

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort (Maldives experience is an advantage).Strong knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (OPERA, HARMONY, SynXis or similar), OTA extranets, and MS Office toolsExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.High attention to detail with a guest‑centric mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural resort environment.Qualifications
