Assistant Recreation Manager - Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha

An Assistant Recreation Manager is responsible for ensuring the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Recreational facilities, including the pool, beach and Fitness areas. You will be responsible to monitor the guest needs and safety which is paramount to this role.

What will I be doing?

\n

 As an Assistant Recreation Manager, you will be responsible for;

\n\nAssist guests their needs related to the pool / beach area\nRespond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner\nEnsure cleanliness of general pool / beach area is maintained\nConfirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property\nEnsuring that the related policies are followed by the Recreation team\nMonitor product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property\nSupervise guests and children who are using the hotel's recreation facilities such as water slides\nBe responsible for the health and safety requirements of the Recreation areas\nFollow all procedures and precautions\n

An Assistant Recreation Manager serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nHigh School Graduate or equivalent required\nMust maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance\nEnglish language skills\nComputer knowledge\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nPrevious customer service experience\nPrevious experience supervising pool and beach operations\nPrevious experience as a certified First Aider & Lifeguard\n\n
