Job Description
Manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of residential or commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of residential or commercial properties.Plan and manage property budgets, including collecting rent, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and coordinating repairs.Secure properties by contracting security patrol services, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.Facilitate leasing space by preparing lease agreements and negotiating terms.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to these requirements, and advising management on necessary actions.Maintain building systems by contracting with maintenance services and supervising their work.Essential Skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
