Job Description
Insight Global is seeking and Asisstant Property Manager for one of our property management clients in Morristown, NJ. This positionwill support the management of 10 commercial office properties by handling lease and contract administration, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and tenant relations, oversee financial reporting including monthly and quarterly accounting, CAM reconciliations, and year-end processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi and Nexus platforms and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while pursuing growth toward a Property Manager role.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of commercial property management / admin experience (open to residential experience as well)
Ability to process invoices, lease administration, contract administration, and act as a tenant liaison
Experience handling communications with vendors and tenants
Experience with Nexus, Yardi, or similar platforms for accounting and financial reporting purposes Experience with third-party property management
Exposure to residential property management
Advanced knowledge of CAM and reconciliation processes
