What this opportunity involves: 

Are you seeking to build your career in commercial property management? JLL is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management VIC team supporting a prestigious Mixed-Use, CBD asset.

You'll support exceptional property performance and tenant experiences while executing key functions including lease administration, tenant communications, and financial processes, developing valuable commercial real estate skills alongside experienced professionals.

Overview of the role:

Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and monthly reportsProcess accounts payable invoices and monitor tenant rental arrearsReview and manage tenancy schedules and assist with rent reviews and lease administrationAttend tenant meetings and liaise with tenants, contractors and ownersIssue purchase orders, setup contracts in JLL systems and ensure timely raising of chargesProvide general administration support and complete additional tasks as requested by the Property Manager
