Our client is a boutique real estate development firm seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their prominent downtown property. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:
The Role:
Lead Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfactionManage customer relationships and addressing real estate needsCoordinate property tours and overseeing event programmingSupport amenity engagement and corporate objectivesDevelop team members and setting career advancement goalsDevelop annual budgets and capital plansHandle financial reporting and investor communicationsManage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projectsSupervise building projects and assist Property Management as neededYou:
3+ years of experience in real estate management, commercial preferredBachelor's degree preferredExperience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft OfficeCritical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skillsA passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environmentBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
