About the Role:
Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft ProjectPrepare baseline program covering design, procurement, construction, and handoverMonitor project progress and track against approved scheduleConduct delay analysis and support EOT claimsIdentify critical path activities and recommend mitigation/recovery plansCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teamsIntegrate civil, MEP, and interior fit-out (FF&E) schedulesPrepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and look-ahead plansSupport procurement planning and long-lead item trackingAssist in risk identification, resource planning, and cash flow projectionsAbout You:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management5- 8 years of planning experience in hospitality projectsExperience in hotel/resort interior fit-outs is preferredProficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectStrong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, and construction sequencingFamiliarity with contract conditions (FIDIC preferred)Advanced Excel and reporting skillsPMP Certification (PMI)Experience with reputed hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.)Exposure to BIM-based planning (added advantage)Baseline ScheduleProgress Reports (Weekly/Monthly)Recovery PlansDelay Analysis & EOT DocumentationResource & Cash Flow ForecastsWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
