About this Role

Winco, Inc. is a subsidiary of Quanta Services and we are located at the Aurora State Airport in Aurora, OR. We are a professional, agile, and supportive team that specializes in powerline maintenance and construction through the use of our MD500 series helicopters and skilled line crew.

 

Job Type: Full-time, hourly (eligible for overtime)

Salary: $25 per hour ($52,000 per year)

Schedule: Five 8-hour days, Monday thru Friday, in-person

What You'll Do Develop and assist with project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resourcesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are metCollaborate with product management teams to define project requirements and objectivesAssist with vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contract termsCollect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvementPrepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using technical writing skills What You'll Bring Associates degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experienceProven experience in similar fieldStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in vendor management and contract negotiation is preferredProficient in data collection and analysis techniques (proficiency in Microsoft office required)Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment What You'll Get Modern office settingGrowth opportunitiesWellness programsSafe work environmentRelaxed atmosphere
