Job DescriptionTo lead operational staff and prepare plans and procedures for daily operationTo deal with internal and external parties on operation, interfacing issues.To identify energy saving opportunities for the existing district cooling system and facilitiesPrepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plantPlant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance worksMonitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance worksPlan and monitor tools and spare parts stock levelImprove health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

 

Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;Possession of a valid driving license is an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Additional Information

 

At least 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical systemAble to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasksAble to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
