Job Description:
- Prepare, track, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses from design teams and subcontractors
- Draft and process Change Orders, including gathering documentation, pricing, and approvals
- Maintain and update project logs, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractor and vendor communications
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Review and organize project documentation for compliance and closeout
- Attend project meetings and assist with agenda preparation and follow-up items
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment between administrative and on-site activities
Top Skills:
-Bachelor Degree in Construction Management/Engineering
-2+ Years working as an Assistant project Manager
-Project experience must include commercial interiors
-Experience with Change orders, Submittals, RFI

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
