Essential Responsibilities:
Leads and promotes Ledcor safety culture on site, ensuring site safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded, and participates in PSSP development. Participates in the incident investigation process as requiredLeads multi-discipline estimates, including the development of execution plan and estimate schedule. Participates in the risk management process, identifying and managing opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible impact on schedule and financial targetsDevelops and leads engineering deliverables by working with designers on design-build jobs, and delegates project control processes. Ensures construction documents are complete and meet project requirements. Sets standards for budget control methodology, reviews cost reports, and manages construction costs and budgetsParticipates in the creation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ensuring that the quality of materials and workmanship meet or exceed standards identified in approval documents. Oversees nonconformance report (NCR) investigation and implements corrective actions as requiredLeads subcontractor bid solicitation and oversees the RFI process. Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiationsParticipates and assists in contract and change order negotiation and managementLeads set up of project systems and procedures including chart of accounts, cost accounting system, and project directory. Tracks, maintains and reports on financial aspects of project, including billings and projectionsQualifications:
4-6 years of related experience as project coordinator or project manager, or combination of relevant education and experienceKnowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, current construction practices and methodology; understanding of construction costs and budgets Familiarity with and understanding of all components of contract documents Ability to motivate, coach and guide other team members clearly and persuasively Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders, exchanging information and responding to routine stakeholder requests Ability to identify constructability issues in typical situations and develop straightforward solutions in the construction plan and scheduleLEED-accredited professionals are preferred, but we welcome candidates who are willing to pursue LEED accreditationWork Conditions:

$78,800.00 - $108,350.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
