What You’ll Do:

Support the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple lines Supervise and coach Production Leads and Technicians Ensure production schedules, safety, and quality standards are consistently met Conduct shift meetings, manage staffing levels, and coordinate resources effectively Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Monitor production data, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Enforce compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and company safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food/beverage or packaging industries preferred) Strong problem-solving, process management, and decision-making skills Knowledge of automation, scheduling, and production performance monitoring Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP a plus)
