You’ll be mentored to eventually take on full leadership responsibilities, making this a fantastic opportunity for growth. 🌟 Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage daily production operations, ensure timely and quality output. + Collaborate across departments to optimize production schedules, resources, and equipment. + Drive lean manufacturing and process optimisation initiatives + Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues + Analyze production data to reduce scrap, improve yield, and enhance efficiency. + Mentor and develop production teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. + Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. + Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in latex/polymer, food, or chemical industries. + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. + Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices. + Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa. + Proficiency in systems like AS400, SAP, or equivalent.
