Purpose of the Job:  

Competitive buying, sustainable sourcing and building purpose-led partnerships for Logistics services (Warehousing, Transportation) in Vietnam 

Key Accountabilities: 

You are expected to deliver on the key matrices of World class service, Competitive Cost and Sustainable sourcing by   

Understanding market conditions as well as forecasting future markets trends. 

Co-creating and Implementing Procurement strategies for your portfolio. 

Planning and Executing Procurement Decisions of  who to buy from, how to buy, when to buy 

Working closely with Internal Operations team and External Supply Partners to drive key initiatives. 

Troubleshooting supply Chain issues (e.g. Crisis Management) 

Identifying and Implementing tools and processes to optimize sourcing practices. 

Education and Experiences 

The Candidate should have either a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management. Or a master’s degree with specialization in Procurement / Supply Chain with at least 2 years’ experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management 

Relevant Experience in Logistics Services industry, or Procurement of such, will be preferable. 

Portfolio Strategy Development 

Strong Negotiation skills and analytical skills 

Strategic Supplier Partnerships 

Financial analysis and reporting 

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point 

SAP and Digital sourcing Platforms knowledge (advantage) 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

Good command of English.
