Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Practice Manager!

Position Status: Full Time Days, Monday through Friday

Position Location: SMG Foot & Ankle Spec Leigh, Norfolk, VA

Overview

The Assistant Practice Manager supports daily operations within the practice by providing supervision, performing administrative tasks, and managing functions to create an efficient work environment.

Acts as lead during Practice Manager’s absence.   Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Processes time ensures success of practice and management by providing overall support. Manages multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.

Experience

Three years of clerical experience requiredPrevious management experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$46,508.80-$77,500.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
