Job Title: Assistant Pool Manager

Position Summary
Lake Monticello is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Pool Manager to help oversee daily operations at the Lake Monticello Pool. This role supports the Pool Manager in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-run aquatic facility for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures Support supervision, scheduling, and oversight of lifeguards and pool staff Help enforce pool rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures Respond to member questions and concerns in a professional, customer-focused manner Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback Monitor pool conditions, cleanliness, and equipment; report maintenance issues Step in as acting manager when the Pool Manager is unavailable Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Current lifeguard certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) Prior pool, recreation, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions Compensation:
