Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesEnsure compliance to all financial procedures
o Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
o Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …)and internal control basics
▪ Provide reliable financial / controlling informations
o Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast, …
o Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance
o Update informations into the ERP System
o Ensure reliability of standard costing
o Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control …
o Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information
o Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cahflow (capex, inventories,overdues)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ Business School or Engineering background or Mathematics University.
▪ First experience in controlling, or Buisiness Assistant Experiences needed
▪ Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
▪ Solid accounting knowledge and Good at fast calculation.
▪ Strong teamwork
▪ Good communication skills
▪ Fluent in English required
