What You'll Do
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Operations Intern to support our business services team with key administrative and operational tasks. This role is a great fit for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international consulting environment.
You’ll work closely with our Assistant Team to provide support in the following areas:
Administrative Process Support:
Submitting timesheets and expense reports for consulting staffManaging internal approvals and follow-up reminders (e.g., compliance, T&E receipts)Updating CRM records, contact databases, and mailing listsFiling and organizing digital documents (SharePoint, OneDrive)Supporting onboarding/offboarding checklistsMeeting & Logistics Coordination:
Booking internal meeting rooms and updating Outlook calendarsPreparing call links and managing attendee lists for internal meetingsSupporting team events logistics and internal training registrationsOperational Back-End Tasks:
Preparing simple documents (Word templates, PDF conversion, printing support)Tracking task progress in Excel or MS PlannerSupporting ad hoc reporting or data entry tasks
What You'll Bring
Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)Availability to work 20–30 hours/weekOrganized, detail-oriented and proactiveComfortable working in English and PolishStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)Team player with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitudeAdditional info
