Assistant OMNI Manager - Pet Nutrition

Job Description:

As the Shopper Marketing landscape continuously evolves to incorporate Retail Digital Media and traditional in-store tactics, we are looking for an Assistant OMNI Manager with high aptitude to learn and evolve to meet the changes in the retail media landscape. The selected candidate will be responsible for building Omni-media calendars for key retailers, aligning the customer/brand strategy and identifying the appropriate levers for delivering a strong ROI. This is achieved through the cross-functional collaboration, measurement, recommendation, and implementation of programs that support the delivery of annual business objectives.

What are we looking for?University Degree or College Diploma.1-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales and/or Marketing.Experience with Retail Media or Shopper Marketing is highly preferred (Retail Digital Media, familiarity with Walmart Connect, LCL Media, etc).Relevant customer/eCommerce/ shopper/marketing experience as a strong asset.Experience in Retail onsite search platforms like Amazon AMS, Criteo can be a great value add.Experience with external agency relationships is highly preferred.Experience with CRM is an asset.Project Management (from start to finish)Experience within cross-functional setting.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Omni-Channel Shopper Marketing

Collaborate with Customer Sales teams & Customer Excellence to develop and execute an annual OMNI Channel Marketing Customer plan for key retailers.

Collaborate with Brand, Marketing Properties and Legal Teams to ensure brand standards are met and guidelines are followed.

Deliver strategically aligned overlays on time, meeting legal requirements and budget, through strong internal and external collaboration.

Create Key Visuals, toolkits, and style guides that enable consistency across shopper marketing programs.

Work closely with customer retail media teams to develop media plans, build creatives, and gather post-campaign results.

External agency / stakeholder management (daily requirement)

Leveraging reporting on campaign metrics & learnings (Sales, ROI, Media metrics, etc).

Support brand and annual customer planning from an OMNI perspective.

Support strategic initiatives like recruitment for key brands.

Budget management.

Planning & Execution

Supporting Retail Digital Media annual strategic planning, with the objective of driving demand behind our key brands at our retail partners.

Ensure onsite campaign implementation, collaborate with retailer partners and customer teams to execute online visual merchandising tactics aligned to campaign objectives.

External agency & Customer media team management (daily requirement).

Budget management.
